Cambridge has been busy digitalising their library holdings and high resolution images of the Nash Papyrus are now online (
here). This fragment may or may not have come from the Fayyum, and may originally have been rolled up and placed in a tefillin. It dates to the second century BC and until the discovery of the Dead Sea Scrolls was the oldest known fragment of the Torah - and amongst other things it lists the Ten Commandments.
