Hagia Sophia - The Doors

According to legend these bronze doors, through which one exits Hagia Sophia, were brought to Constantinople by the ninth century Emperor Theophilos from Tarsus; before being re-used in the church they are said to have been the doors of a second century BC pagan temple. Call me a skeptic, but I'd be surprised if they are Hellenistic. The Chi Rho dates either from their re-use of when the temple was turned into a church.
